Houston Fan Fest 2026

Terms

Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using this site and buying tickets.

Effective: June 8, 2026. We'll bump this date when something material changes.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of fanfesthouston.com(the “Site”) and any ticket, sponsorship, vendor, or other purchase or inquiry you make through the Site. By using the Site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

Houston Fan Fest 2026 is an independent partnership of Barnes Marketing & Management, The Culture Of Sports, and the Community Collective for Houston(collectively, “Houston Fan Fest,” “we,” “us”). The partnership produces fan experiences around the 2026 World Cup in Houston, including game-day Parking & Shuttle service and the VIP Fan Fest Night.

3. The service

The Site provides information about our events, accepts inquiries, and routes ticket purchases to TicketTailor, our ticketing platform. Tickets are sold by us; checkout is handled by TicketTailor, with payment processing through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to TicketTailor's and Stripe's applicable terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a ticket or submit an inquiry through this Site. Some events have additional age restrictions (for example, the VIP Fan Fest Night is 21+ for alcohol service areas) — those are stated on the event page when applicable.

5. Ticket purchases

All ticket prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is what you pay; any applicable booking or processing fee is also displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase. Your ticket constitutes a revocable license to attend the specific event named on it, subject to these Terms, our refund policy, the venue's rules, and any safety or capacity decision we make on event day.

6. Refunds and rescheduled events

Standard refund window: full refund available up to 48 hours before the event. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the event start time.

Rescheduled or relocated matches:if a Houston Stadium match is rescheduled or moved by the tournament organizer, your Parking & Shuttle ticket transfers to the new date or location at no charge. If the new schedule doesn't work for you, you may request a refund.

Cancellation by us: if we cancel an event for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund regardless of timing. If we cancel for reasons outside our control (force majeure — severe weather, civil emergency, governmental order, etc.), we will offer a full refund or, where operationally feasible, transfer to a substitute event.

To request a refund, email info@fanfesthouston.com with the order number from your confirmation email.

7. Transfers and resale

Tickets are transferable to another individual without charge — forward your confirmation email to whoever is attending in your place, and bring the QR code or order confirmation on the day. We do not authorize resale of tickets above face value, and we may invalidate tickets that we identify as having been resold above face value on a secondary market.

8. On-site conduct

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event any person whose conduct, in our reasonable judgment, poses a risk to themselves, our staff, our partners, other guests, or the venue. Examples include but aren't limited to: harassment of staff or guests, fraudulent tickets, attempts to bring prohibited items into the venue, or behavior that violates venue rules or applicable law. No refund is owed in those circumstances.

9. Intellectual property

All site copy, photography, illustrations, the “Houston Fan Fest” name, and the partnership branding are the property of Houston Fan Fest 2026 or our partners and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of public marketing material.

10. FIFA and World Cup trademarks

Houston Fan Fest 2026 is an independent partnership and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with FIFA, U.S. Soccer, the U.S. Soccer Federation, or any official tournament organizer. The marks “FIFA,” “World Cup,” and any related tournament marks are the property of their respective owners. Where these marks appear on the Site, they are used in a descriptive, nominative-fair-use sense to identify the tournament our event experiences are organized around — no sponsorship or endorsement by FIFA or any tournament organizer is claimed or implied.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided “as is.” While we work to keep information about ticket availability, event timing, and logistics current and accurate, schedules can change. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that ticket availability shown on the Site is real-time accurate to the second, or that any external content we link to (FIFA schedule, stadium pages, partner sites) is accurate or up to date.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any ticket purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the ticket or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, civil unrest, labor action, failure of public infrastructure, or any tournament-organizer decision that affects the underlying match schedule.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected through a notice on the home page or by direct email to ticket holders, depending on what changed. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Houston Fan Fest regarding use of the Site and our services, and supersede any prior agreements.
